Our icebreaker this week encouraged us to make appreciative resolutions - things we want to continue or learn from. We all realised that creating a work life balance is of utmost importance. Actually, we ended up revising our Discovery questions (again) based on this discussion.
This rest if this meeting was spent finalising the details of our
Discovery recruitment strategy and revising the Discovery questions. There are so many little details that need to be considered. We also
laughed a lot and had fun. The group continues to become more comfortable and
trusting of each other which makes for comfortable and genuine relationships - the true foundation for authentic partnerships.
